Top 10 Tuesday (18)

“Top Ten Tuesday” is hosted at The Artsy Reader Girl.
Every week they pick a topic for us to do a top 10 list for and this week’s topic is…

The Ten Most Recent Additions to My To-Read List

I think all of us have an ever-growing TBR list. Sometimes I go into my list and weed out ones I may have added on impulse but don’t seem to catch my eye anymore, but it’s still massive. Here are my ten most recent additions:

Age of Myth, by Michael J. Sullivan – a fantasy action/adventure book about humans trying to overthrow the gods.

A Curse so Dark and Lonely, by Brigid Kemmerer – a contemporary fantasy retelling of Beauty and the Beast

The Good Neighbor: The Life and Work of Fred Rogers, by Maxwell King – Fred Rogers was the shit. Compassionate, loving, and kind. We could all learn so much from him and how he led his life.

The Hunted One, by Meg Collett – fallen angels, betrayal, end of days, and a little bit of romance.

Kyland, by Mia Sheridan – standalone romance about two young adults fighting to get out of their “poverty-stricken” small town life.

Magic Bites, by Ilona Andrews – A kick-ass mercenary out for revenge in a world now over-run my magic and the supernatural. sign. me. up.

Kill the Queen, by Jennifer Estep – an underestimated and overlooked girl who is 17th in line for the throne is thrown into hiding with a gladiator troupe to survive. She begins to train with them, and then finds she may need those skills sooner than later.

The Raven’s Tale, by Cat Winters – a fantasy take on Edar Allan Poe’s young adult life.

The Wish Collector, by Mia Sheridan – “The Wish Collector is the story of shame and triumph, of loneliness and love, and the miracle of two hearts connecting despite the strongest of barriers between them.” – I couldn’t summarize it any better than that

Not Pictured – The Queen of Nothing, by Holly Black – The final installment of The Folk of the Air series.

That’s it! What’s on your TBR recently? Drop a link below so I can check it out!
